I find it convenient to have recipes to fall back on instead of reinventing the wheel every single time I want to make something. So today I introduce to you my recipe for tart crust. It takes hardly any effort to make it – especially if you opt for making it in a food processor like I do – and you can freeze halve of it for later use. What more could you wish for?
