Why I started this blog
For me, cooking and eating have always been a way to connect with others. However, that has become somewhat complicated since I'm living with a list of foods I’d better avoid. So, I started this place as a way to share recipes that I am able to eat, and show the world that it is possible to eat flavourful meals while avoiding certain foods. Originally that list consisted of onions, garlic and mushrooms, but in recent years that list has somewhat expanded. I’d love for you to follow along on my journey to rediscover food. Although, I’d like you to keep in mind that a diet is something strictly personal. What works for me, might not work for you. Therefore, I encourage you to use the recipes I share as a framework and modify them based on your individual needs and preferences.
