Did you know that chocolate for breakfast isn’t always an entirely bad thing? When I first started my elimination diet I created a breakfast for myself that is high in fibre and in protein. However, I like variation, and like every other person I do crave chocolate every so often. So I started to add a spoon of cacao to my breakfast. That is, good quality cacao. It helped with the cravings, and it turned out to be quite the nutritious supplement. But I won’t bore you with the exact details of that. After all, I’m not educated to give you advice on nutrition.
