Another installment of the burger project. This time we’re going to Greece. Well, at least we let our tastebuds believe that we are. In reality we just stay on our tiny balcony in The Netherlands. But with this ongoing warmth there’s not really a need to travel across Europe.This burger is created with mostly traditional Greek recipes, of course tweaked to my intolerances. The biggest change I made was the dairy free tzatziki. Instead of Greek yogurt I used a coconut based one. And the strangest thing happened: while eating this burger there was this persistent taste of feta. How good is that?
